Sandrah Chalmers Art Palette emerged as a new form of thinking both in a visual and verbal way. As we all exist in a world full of colors, full of shapes and full of textures, colors are everywhere. We grow up learning about the blue sky, the green leaves, the yellow sun and the red apple. Color is the easiest way to add a little "zing" to an otherwise bland ensemble.
As a child, I began exploring colors at the age of 3. It all started with a box of Crayola crayons, then the Crayola markers, then the watercolor palettes. I was a child full of ideas and obsessive curiosity.
Today as a Professional Visual Artist, I bring along the fond memories of my childhood and youth. I now go to local home improvement stores paint department - those square paint chip samples offer a multitude of choices. I now know that with only two tubes of color paint, there are thousands of possibilities. Sandrah Chalmers Art Palette holds no boundaries and no limits to the imagination.
